Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about web design, packages, process and working with LAYEXA.

What does LAYEXA do?

LAYEXA is a premium digital product studio. We design and build websites, UI/UX interfaces, brand systems and — when needed — custom React / Next.js applications. Focus: clear structure, fast load times and enquiries that convert.

Which packages do you offer?

Three main packages: Essential (solo founders and local services), Growth (more pages, shop or SEO options) and Enterprise (bespoke development, branding, dedicated infrastructure). See pricing on the home page under “Clear packages”.

How does the 7-question project brief work?

On the home page, click “Ready to Begin? Get in Touch.” Answer seven short questions (goals, audience, industry, colours, branding, extras, contact). Within 48 hours you receive a package quote and three preview designs — by email or WhatsApp.

What is the free website review?

Via “Get a free website review” you submit your URL. We run PageSpeed and check the technical baseline. Within 48 hours we send a personal assessment with actionable improvements — no obligation.

How long does a website project take?

A compact brochure site (Essential) usually takes a few weeks. Larger projects with a shop, multilingual setup or custom development are planned together — often several weeks to months, depending on scope and your content.

Which languages do you work in?

We work in German, English and Hungarian — in communication and for multilingual websites (Polylang or similar).

What should I prepare as a client?

Helpful: goals, copy (or bullet points), logo/colours if you have them, and example sites you like. Missing assets — e.g. logo or text — can be added as branding or copywriting extras.

Do you build online shops?

Yes. Growth includes Shopify or WooCommerce integration. For larger stores or custom checkout flows we design a suitable architecture — often in the Enterprise tier.

What is included in hosting and setup?

Depends on package: domain, business email, SSD storage, SSL, databases and baseline security. Essential covers a compact site (up to ~5 pages) with setup guidance. Growth includes weekly backup setup by LAYEXA (see Terms). Infrastructure via partners (e.g. easyname) targeting ~99% availability.

How does the collaboration work?

Typical flow: Discover → Strategy → Design → Build → Launch. You see designs early, give feedback, and we deliver a maintainable website — including handover and a short walkthrough.

Is SEO included?

Technical SEO (structure, speed, meta basics) is considered in all packages. Growth adds a local SEO package (keywords, on-page). Campaigns or ads are a separate topic.

What happens after launch?

After go-live we remain available for tweaks, maintenance or extensions. Enterprise clients get priority support; smaller changes can be agreed hourly or as mini-packages.
