2. Data we process

• Website visits: technical logs (IP, browser, pages) for operation and security.
• Project brief / site audit: name, email, URL, answers, optional WhatsApp contact.
• Contract data: billing and project communication.
• Cookies: essential cookies; analytics/marketing only with consent where enabled.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Consent, e.g. WhatsApp contact (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Legitimate interests: secure operation and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Non-contract inquiries: typically deleted after 24 months. Contract/invoice data: statutory retention (usually 7 years in Austria). Server logs: rotated (typically 30–90 days).

5. Processors

Data may be shared with IT providers supporting hosting, email, forms or development — only as required and under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) where applicable.

• Project hosting/email providers (e.g. world4you) where used
• Email and form processing services on our site
• Spam protection (e.g. automated form checks)

6. Third-country transfers

Where providers outside the EEA are used, this occurs only with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions). Details on request.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
